eRBX Terms of Service Welcome to the eRBX Roblox Asset Shop! By joining this server or buying anything through eRBX, you're agreeing to the terms below. Breaking these rules could result in removal from the server, losing access to purchased content, or even legal action if needed. 1. Who Can Use eRBX To be part of this server and make purchases, you must be 13 or older and follow both Discord and Roblox's terms of service. By chatting or buying assets here, you're confirming that you're eligible. 2. Asset Rights & Usage All assets sold here belong to their original creators — unless a seller clearly says otherwise. Assets are for personal use only on Roblox. You can’t resell, repost, or reupload what you buy. You're allowed to edit or customize what you purchase, but you can't claim it as your own creation or sell it again. 3. Payments & Delivery We only accept payments through approved methods (like PayPal, Robux gamepasses, or other options approved by the team). Sellers are expected to deliver what they advertise. Buyers should check their files and report any problems within 48 hours. Any chargebacks or scams will lead to an instant ban, and you’ll be reported to Discord, Roblox, and any payment platforms involved. 4. Refunds & Disputes All sales are final, unless you received something broken or completely different from what was promised. If there’s a problem, open a ticket or DM an admin with proof of the transaction and any chats with the seller. 5. Community Behavior Keep things respectful and focused on Roblox development. No spam, harassment, scams, or toxic behavior No promoting other servers or businesses unless you get permission from the admins Keep discussions relevant to Roblox Studio, assets, or game development 6. Seller Rules If you want to sell on eRBX, you must be verified by staff first. Your listings must be accurate and honest. Add images or previews when possible. If you’re caught selling stolen or AI-generated content without proper disclosure, you’ll be permanently banned and reported. 7. Liability Disclaimer eRBX and its team aren’t responsible for asset quality or problems that come from deals between buyers and sellers. It’s your responsibility to use trusted payment methods and make smart decisions. 8. Updates to These Terms We might update these rules from time to time. If anything important changes, we’ll let everyone know. By continuing to use the server, you agree to follow the updated terms. 9. Need Help?
